More About New York Jets

New York Jets Tickets Information

Established: 1962

Stadium: MetLife Stadium

Super Bowl wins: 1 (Super Bowl III, 1968)

Notable Players: Muhammad Wilkerson, Curtis Martin, Geno Smith, Joe Namath

Rivals: New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills

There certainly is no amount of loyalty and passion among fans of football as strong as there is with Jets fans. Despite not having won a championship in over 43 years, the fans of Gang Green are still just as hungry for a title. With Joe Namath being the only quarterback able to bring the Jets a Super Bowl, it has definitely been a difficult journey for the members of Gang Green.

Led by second-year quarterback, Geno Smith, the Jets future looks promising. Michael Vick, acquired during offseason, still looks like he has plenty left in the tank and will be a mentor to Geno. Having made improvements on offense with receiver Eric Decker and running back Chris Johnson, to support Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell, the Jets have assembled a much more balanced roster.

The defensive line is bolstered with studs Muhammad Wilkerson, Sheldon Richardson, and Damon ‘Big Sacks’ Harrison on the Jets frontline. First-round selection Calvin Pryor looks ready to make an impact this season. Already spending time with the Jets first-team defense, the “Louisville Slugger” looks to be the starting safety ahead of Dawan Landry.

With newly acquired defensive weapon, Jason Babin, the Jets look poised to make a run this coming season. So come get your New York Jets tickets and head to MetLife Stadium for the 2014 season!

New York Jets Schedule 2014

The Jets are retooled and ready to take New York City as their own. To do that, they need to navigate through an always challenging AFC East and the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins. The Jets also will take on teams from the NFC North and AFC West this season. Check out the entire New York Jets schedule and plan your trip to MetLife Stadium.

Key Home Games

Week 6 vs. Denver Broncos - The Jets have one of the proudest defenses in the league, and they definitely want to shut down Peyton Manning’s high-powered offense. Former Bronco Eric Decker will also want to have a big game against his old team.

Week 10 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers - The Jets and Steelers have authored some great games in the past, and 2014 looks no different when Pittsburgh rolls into the Big Apple.

Week 16 vs. New England Patriots - The last home game of the season comes against the hated New England Patriots. This will be one of the most in-demand tickets of the season, especially if there are playoff implications.
