We have consulted with, polled and asked over a hundred ticket brokers and box office professionals on how CHARGED.fm can make the safest ticketing experience for both buyers and sellers. In developing our systems we wanted to be more than PCI compliant and pass every level of customer security for your protection.

What does GoSafe™ do for you?

It provides you with a peace of mind. We don't give the ticket seller access to your payment until four (4) days after the event has taken place so you have total security in knowing your purchase is protected should anything go wrong.

With our GoSafe™ Guarantee, we protect our Buyers.

CHARGED.fm guarantees all Buyers the following:

  • A fun and secure environment for buyers to purchase tickets for events.
  • Ticket(s) will be delivered to the buyer in time for the event.
  • You can let us know if there was any issue using your ticket up until four (4) days after the event. It doesn�t have to be the next day.
  • Should anything go wrong, the event was canceled and not rescheduled, or other, you will be able to request a full refund on the cost of your ticket.
What our GoSafe™ Guarantee does for you, the buyer:

All Buyers under the GoSafe™ guarantee will receive the following benefits under the following conditions:

  • If you do not receive your purchased tickets before the event:

    If you have purchased a mail delivery ticket and the event has passed without any delivery attempt, CHARGED.fm will issue the Buyer a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges.

  • If tickets received are not the same as the Buyer committed to purchase:

    You can file a complaint and CHARGED.fm will review the claim to determine whether the Buyer received the same or better tickets than the tickets that the Buyer committed to purchase. If CHARGED.fm concludes that the Buyer did not receive the same or better tickets, CHARGED.fm will, at its discretion, issue a refund to the Buyer for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges, following CHARGED.fm's receipt of the ticket from the Buyer. CHARGED.fm may, in its sole discretion, deem tickets received as the same or better than those the Buyer committed to purchase.

  • If tickets are not accepted by the venue and prove invalid:

    CHARGED.fm must be notified by the Buyer in writing within four (4) calendar days following the date of the event. The buyer must provide a letter of confirmation from the venue that the tickets were indeed invalid and unused. Upon confirmation, CHARGED.fm will issue the Buyer a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees.

  • If the event is canceled:

    If an event is indefinitely cancelled and will not be rescheduled, you can contact CHARGED.fm to request a refund on your tickets. CHARGED.fm will offer the Buyer the opportunity to return their tickets for a canceled event within four (4) calendar days in order to receive a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges. CHARGED.fm, in its sole discretion, will determine when an event has been canceled.

  • If the event is postponed:

    If the event is rescheduled for a later date and/or time, the Buyer may choose to list the tickets on CHARGED.fm for resale or use the tickets on the rescheduled date/time. If a rescheduled event requires replacement tickets, the buyer can seek to obtain the replacement tickets from the Seller or directly from the venue if permissible. If a postponed event is only offering limited replacement tickets for the rescheduled date/time, CHARGED.fm, at its discretion, may treat the event canceled.

  • For Social Ticketing events

    In the case of Social Ticketing events (user generated events) in all the above situations, the buyer must first contact the Event Coordinator to resolve the issue using the "contact host" button located on the event page. All requests that come directly to CHARGED.fm will be directed to the Event Coordinator. If the buyer has already contacted the Event Coordinator and the issue is not resolved, the buyer can file a dispute with CHARGED.fm against the Event Coordinator. The dispute will be investigated and settled according to the discretion of CHARGED.fm according to this guarantee.
    *Please note that if the sale was completed using an Alternate Payment Method at checkout, such as Paypal, or if checkout was completed in any site other than CHARGED.fm, we do not have the power to issue a refund as the funds were collected directly by that Event Coordinator or ticketing agent. We only have the ability to issue a refund if the checkout was completed solely in CHARGED.fm.

All claims will be investigated by CHARGED.fm. Based on the information gathered in that investigation, CHARGED.fm will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. The dollar amount a Buyer may be awarded and the number of claims a Buyer may file in a calendar year may be limited by CHARGED.fm, which reserves the right to do so. Please note that all sales are final and in order to receive a refund one of the above conditions must be met. Any Buyer, Seller, or Event Coordinator who attempts to abuse the GoSafe™ Guarantee may have their account suspended or may have their registrations permanently canceled. In this case, CHARGED.fm will report any such abuse to the appropriate legal authorities.

What does GoSafe™ do for you?

What does GoSafe™ do for Sellers? It provides Sellers and Event Coordinators with secure online transactions and guaranteed payment, providing that you fulfill your orders and deliver tickets on time to your Buyers in the case of Sellers. GoSafe™ also provides Sellers and Event Coordinators the convenience of collecting payments online.

With our GoSafe™ Guarantee, we protect our Sellers and Event Coordinators.

CHARGED.fm guarantees all Sellers and Event Coordinators the following:

  • At any time you can adjust your ticket prices according to marketplace prices. You can lower the price of the listed ticket in the case of Sellers. In the case of Event Coordinators, you can create a new lower priced ticket type.
  • You will receive payment from CHARGED.fm for all ticket orders you confirm and fulfill. (Payment will be issued 4 days after event contingent on no buyer complaints being filed. Please note that you may not receive the payment on the same day it is processed. The exact day you receive the payment is determined by the time frame in which your individual banking institution takes to process the payment which we issue.)
Seller Abuse of the GoSafe™ Guarantee

All claims will be investigated by CHARGED.fm. Based on the information gathered in that investigation, CHARGED.fm will resolve each issue on a case-by-case basis. The dollar amount a Seller/Event Coordinator may be awarded and the number of claims a Seller/Event Coordinator may file in a calendar year may be limited by CHARGED.fm and CHARGED.fm reserves the right to do so. Any Buyer, Seller or Event Coordinator who attempts to abuse the GoSafe™ Guarantee may have their account suspended or may have their registrations permanently canceled. In this case, CHARGED.fm will report any such abuse to the appropriate legal authorities. The GoSafe™ Guarantee goes into effect on May 1, 2011 and applies to all orders placed thereafter.

Terms and Conditions

CHARGED.fm reserves the right to modify the terms or conditions of this GoSafe™ Guarantee at any time at its sole discretion, however it is the CHARGED.fm user's responsibility to refer to this document and periodically check for any changes and additions that may have been made. By continuing the use of the service after a modification has been posted, you are affirming your agreement with the Terms of Service and if you do not agree you must discontinue use of the Service.

By using any part of the Service, you are a affirming your agreement to any and all terms and conditions contained in this document and your are affirming that you are an individual 18 years of age or over and are not in any legally binding contracts that would prevent you from being able to buy or sell tickets on the Site.

How to make a claim: If a Buyer, Seller or Event Coordinator needs to file a claim with CHARGED.fm for any reason in regards to purchased tickets, CHARGED.fm must be notified by the Buyer or Seller up until 4 calendar days following the date of the event for the claim to be processed.
