More About Milwaukee Brewers

Established: 1969 (Milwaukee Brewers since 1970)

Stadium: Miller Park

World Series Titles: 0

Notable Players: Robin Yount, Paul Molitor, Ryan Braun, Cecil Cooper, Prince Fielder, Ben Sheets, Carlos Gomez

The Milwaukee Brewers spent a good portion of their existence in the American League, but in 1994 they switched over to the NL Central. The Brewers initially struggled after the move, but when the young core of Prince Fielder and Ryan Braun joined the team from the minor leagues. Braun won rookie of the year in 2007, and the Brewers returned to the postseason in 2008 after trading for C.C. Sabathia for the first time since 1982.

The Brewers haven’t been able to win consistently since then, but 2014 represents a huge turnaround. The Brewers raced out into first place and haven’t looked back. Behind Braun, Carlos Gomez and Aramis Ramirez, Milwaukee is trying to end their latest postseason drought. Miller Park hasn’t seen this much excitement in a few years. Grab your Brewers tickets today and see Milwaukee make their playoff push!

Milwaukee Brewers 2014 Schedule

The Brewers are hoping to finish the season strong and head into the postseason on a high note. To do that, they will need to get by several of their NL Central foes, including the Pittsburgh Pirates, Cincinnati Reds, and St. Louis Cardinals. There is no love lost between the Brewers and any of those teams, and these September showdowns shouldn’t be missed. Check out the remainder of the Brewers 2014 schedule and make your way to Miller Park!
