As Chris Berman says, “Nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills.” While they haven’t circled many lately, 2014 is looking up for the Bills as the roster is loaded with more young talent on both sides of the ball than they have been in years. While the 2000s haven’t been as kind to the Bills as their stretch of dominance in the early 90s, second-year coach Doug Marrone has his team poised to make some noise in the AFC.

On offense, Buffalo is led by second-year quarterback E.J. Manuel and a dynamic running attack of C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson. The Bills traded up to land electric Clemson receiver Sammy Watkins in the 2014 draft, and he should fit in nicely with Robert Woods, Marquise Goodwin and the newly acquired Mike Williams to form a dangerous aerial threat.

Defensively, Mario Williams and Kyle Williams anchor a D-Line that is ready to give opposing quarterbacks fits. The linebacking corps has been retooled as has the secondary, and the veteran presence and combination of young talent makes this defense very promising.

The Patriots have ruled the AFC East of late, but Buffalo is ready to compete. The die-hard fans of Upstate New York are anxious for a winner, and this could be the year they get one. Ralph Wilson Stadium will definitely be buzzing this season, so scoop up your Buffalo Bills tickets now!

Buffalo Bills Schedule 2014

2014 could see the Bills take some big steps forward in the AFC East behind young stars E.J. Manuel, Sammy Watkins and an improving defense. To do that, they still need to get by the rest of the division, consisting of the New England Patriots, New York Jets and Miami Dolphins. The Bills also will get tested by teams from the NFC North and AFC West. Check out the Buffalo Bills schedule and find the most exciting games to get to this season.

Key Home Games

Week 6 vs. New England Patriots - The Bills haven’t topped the Patriots since Week 3 of the 2011 season, but this is a new year and a new Bills team.

Week 12 vs. New York Jets - The Bills and Jets just don’t like each other, which usually leads to hotly-contested, highly-entertaining games between these two AFC East foes.

Week 15 vs. Green Bay Packers - A late-season challenge will come in the form of Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the talented Green Bay Packers.
