Aaron Rodgers Was the Last Person to Realize the Pro Bowl Sucks

In this article…

The Pro Bowl is awful. I couldn't even tell you what time they played the game on Sunday (it was Sunday, right?). This certainly isn't breaking news. No one has high expectations for the NFL's All-Star Game- except for Aaron Rodgers.

Fans don’t like the lack of effort, and neither does Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who sounded less-than-enthusiastic about some of his NFC teammates this past Sunday.

“I’ll be honest with you,” Rodgers said on his weekly radio show on ESPN 540. “I was a little bit disappointed. I felt like some of the guys on the NFC side embarrassed themselves.”

Rodgers went on:

“I wanted to know the plays and I wanted to play well, and I wanted to give the fans a show, and make the Green Bay fans who watched and were watching for me and my teammates. I wanted to make them proud of their Pro Bowlers. I was just surprised that some of the guys either didn’t want to play or when they were in there didn’t put any effort into it.”

Let CHARGED.fm get you the best seats to see the Giants and Patriots play in the Super Bowl!

I'll never criticize an athlete for playing hard and wanting to win, but Rodgers needs to chill out a little. Enjoy Hawaii. Get a tan.

Maybe he's still a little bitter about this?
