Five MORE reasons everyone wants to vacation to Paris

Pitchfork Festival Paris? Yes Please.

The inauguration of Pitchfork's Music Festival in 2006 succeeded in calling many to congregate to Chicago in order to hear their favorite independent bands and artists, such as Yuck and Fleet Foxes. This year is no different -- with the exception of their recently announced expansion...to PARIS in October. Paris + Pitchfork Music Festival + the beautiful fall weather = yes.

The festival will span over the course of two days -- October 28 and 29.

Reasons to buy tickets NOW -- apart from the obvious:

1. Justin Vernon of Bon Iver will be curating the event on October 29.

2. It will be at La Grande Halle De La Villette -- one of the most famous venues in France.

3. There will be a night club -- open until 5 a.m.

4. Confirmed bands: Cut Copy, Wild Beasts, Jens Lekman and Pantha Du Prince (German electronic music producer).

5. "Multitude" of DJs...

Tickets are €79.90 -- and if the plane ticket is just a littttle too expensive then check back with Charged.fm for additional (local) tour dates!
