‘Abracadabralifornia’ might be the best California-related Peppers song of all-time.

Jon Daly's Fake Red Hot Chili Peppers Song Rules

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are playing Barclays Center on Saturday before joining recent Grammy-winner Bruno Mars during the halftime show of Super Bowl XLVIII, but even with all of that going on the Peppers were still able to put out a new song today. When you visit the site rhcp2014.com, you will be treated to a loop of the new soon-to-be chart-topper "Abracadabralifornia" which you can also download. Tom Scharpling tweeted out the link today to introduce to the world to the song.

Except that it isn't a Red Hot Chili Peppers song. The title is ridiculous and it's filled with insane lyrics like "I'm a bad mama-jamma all the way to Alabama" and "If you wanna get Frasier than you have to get Grammer." The song is a fake and is the creation of comedian and charter member of the Pepper Men RHCP Fan Club Jon Daly, whose Anthony Kiedis impression is in top form. Daly came up with the concept for the song in a March, 2013 episode of the Comedy Bang Bang podcast with guest (and fellow Pepper Men fan club member) Zach Galifianakis. When prompted by host Scott Aukerman for the club's theme song, Daly improvised a lot of what's here, with the chorus being identical to that of the podcast and a wonderful callback to Target and escalators.

Just think of all the effort that went into this hoax. Daly developed this inkling of a song into something over three minutes and wrote out all of these nonsense lyrics. Then he constructed a fake website, complete with Super Bowl, Bruno Mars and sponsorship imaging. It's an absolutely incredible achievement, and a hilarious one at that.

Check out the origins in the Comedy Bang Bang video below:

If Anthony Kiedis knows what he's doing, he'll bring Jon Daly out along with him to steal the halftime show with an impromptu performance of "Abracadabralifornia."
