In one of the most heart-warming moment of this year's NHL draft, New Jersey Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur had the pleasure of drafting his son, Anthony, into the NHL on the same team that made him famous.

Brodeur was drafted by the Devils in the first round of the 1990 NHL draft, 20th overall. Now, 23 years later, Brodeur had the pleasure of announcing that his son was picked to be on the same team that made the family name a household name in New Jersey.

Anthony Brodeur was picked 208th overall in this weekend's draft. The memory of his father announcing his name onto the team will likely be one that will last a lifetime, and both father and son will always remember that day.

Like his father, Anthony Brodeur is a goaltender, so it is impossible that the two will ever play in a game together. However, there is always the possibility that both can dress to play when it comes time for Brodeur to play his final games in the NHL.
