The NCAA Tournament isn't the only postseason happening in college basketball. The NIT offered up some exciting basketball last night as well, with 1 seed Kentucky falling to 8 Robert Morris, Stanford escaping with a one-point win over Stephen F. Austin, and St. John's providing the most exciting finish of them all.

The Johnnies were underdogs as they traveled to take on St. Joseph's in Philly, but that didn't stop Steve Lavin's team from pulling off the upset. With the game tied and time winding down, guard/forward Sir'Dominic Pointer raced down the court while the Hawks defense scrambled to regroup. He caught the opposition off balance, pulled off a J.R. Smith-like step-back, and drilled a fadeaway two to win it as time expired.

The best part of the whole video? St. John's coach Steve Lavin can be seen leaping into one of his assistant coach's arms after the shot went down. It doesn't have to be the NCAA Tournament to be March Madness.
