Wiz Khalifa Announces "Cabin Fever 2"

Lets hope the sequel to Wiz’s successful mixtape is even better then the original.

If it's not broken, don't fix it. This is the strategy that Wiz Khalifa is taking with his new material. Yesterday, via twitter, Wiz announced that he will release the sequel to his successful mixtape Cabin Fever. The original was released in February of 2011, and it was well received by people in the hip-hop community. The music on the mixtape was drastically different then what fans had come to expect from Wiz. The beats were loud, the flows were fast, and almost every beat was produced by Lex Luger. The songs might not have been typical Wiz but they did well on the road, getting the crowds rocking. Not only was the tape good, but it was an excellent lead-in to Wiz's debut album Rolling Papers.

This time around Wiz is looking to duplicate this formula to promote the release of his second LP, O.N.I.F.C. Cabin Fever 2 will be almost double the amount of songs as its predecessor and will feature artists like Juicy J, French Montana, and newcomer Problem. Little is known about what tone the album will have, but fans will not have to wait too long to hear it. Wiz is looking to releases Cabin Fever 2 before. O.N.I.F.C. hits stores on December 4th. Check out the cover and the tracklist below.
