Packers Score on Fake Field Goal [VIDEO]

Green Bay pulled a fast one on Chicago last night at the end of the first half.

Packers Score on Fake Field Goal [VIDEO]

The Green Bay Packers executed the first successful trick play of the season last night, scoring a touchdown on a fake field goal late in the first half against the Chicago Bears.  At the snap, kicker Mason Crosby broke left like he was running a wheel route while backup tight end Tom Crabtree came around from the left side of the offensive line.  Punter and placeholder Tim Masthay nonchalantly shoveled the ball off to Crabtree and he had wide open space to scamper for an easy 27-yard score.

The Bears were caught completely by surprise, just like their offensive line was all game against a ravenous Packers pass rush.  Once Matt Forte left the game, the Bears really didn't stand a chance.  Jay Cutler was sacked seven times, three and a half of those by Clay Matthews alone, and the Packers notched their first win of the season 23-10.  Check out the video of the fake field goal below, courtesy of Big Lead Sports:
