Jimmy Fallon is sexy and he knows it. 

Last night, the host of Late Night proclaimed his love of spin class with the members of LMFAO. The three of them dressed in glittery spandex and tank tops while they pedaled on stationary bikes. Fallon even sported a wig to match Redfoo's bushy hairdo. They took turns rhyming over an electro-pop beat that sounded like it came from the memory bank of an Yamaha keyboard. 

The lyrics occasionally stray from the topic of spin class, just to be hilariously weird. 

“There's just one thing I wanna say,” said Fallon. “My favorite book is '50 Shades of Grey' – whaaaat?”

The song finishes with a robot wearing a banana hammock doing the moonwalk across stage— I've never been to a spin class, but that sounds like the kind of thing that would happen there. Check out the video below:

Tonight, Fallon hosts Channing Tatum and Oliver Stone to talk about their new movies. Musical guest, Maroon 5, will perform from their latest album “Overexposed.”
