For those of you who didn't catch last night's episode of Workaholics, “To Kill a Chupacabraj,” Blake, Adam, and Ders were joined on set by two of their biggest fans. You may have heard of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney before, but if those names don't strike a chord, I would bet the name “The Black Keys” does.
The Ohio rock duo made a comical cameo as “two dudes with bodacious ponytails” awaiting their own court case, while the gang sued their coworker, Montez, for selling them a faulty hovercraft. According to an MTV interview with the band, Auerbach and Carney are “super-big fans of the show,” and after some guilt-tripping they negotiated their way into a guest appearance. As Auerbach put it:
Yeah, we told them we'd let them hang out back stage with us, introduce them to babes, and they gave us a part. Well, it looks like “the babe exchange” worked. You can check out the clip below.
